Freedom Public School is located in Freedom, Oklahoma in Woods County. The community takes great pride in the life-style, opportunities, and tradition found in Freedom.

There is great natural beauty and educational resources surrounding our charming old west city. The scenic “Red Bluff” serve as a backdrop for some of the most amazing sunsets to be imagined. Alabaster Caverns and the annual migration of bats provide unique educational opportunities that can only be found at Freedom. The Freedom Rodeo and Old Cowhand Celebration is one of the finest in the state.

Freedom Public School believes that every student is unique and has the right and responsibility to attain the best education possible. We want our students to grow mentally, physically, and emotionally into productive, caring citizens of the Great State of Oklahoma. We have a low teacher to student ratio, which allows for individual attention. Our school has the latest in technology and we can provide a wide variety of courses. Concurrent enrollment in college courses is available, as well as distance learning opportunities. The agriculture education classes and 4H are available to all students, and our high school students have the opportunity to attend the Northwest Technology Center. Freedom’s teachers are highly qualified and highly motivated. Our goal is to provide instruction and guidance for each and every child that comes through our doors.
